Accounts
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your password private. Research site and sponsor accounts are reviewed by Epic. Epic may approve, reject, suspend or close an account at its discretion, for example when information cannot be verified.
No patient information
The platform is not designed to hold protected health information. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers or any other information that identifies a patient. Enter counts and summaries only. You are responsible for what you enter.
Site information and sponsor visibility
A research site controls whether its profile is visible to approved sponsors. Sponsors see only the site profile, the capabilities the site marked as available, the readiness score and a performance summary. Sponsors never see a site's gaps, internal notes or individual study names. Sites are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish.
Sponsor use
Approved sponsors may use site information only to evaluate sites for clinical research. Sponsors may not copy, resell or publish the directory, or contact sites for any other purpose.
AI-drafted content
Some features draft text with an AI model, using only the information the site has entered. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete. Every draft must be reviewed by the site before it is used or sent.
No guarantee
Readiness scores, forecasts and matches are planning aids. They are not a sponsor's selection decision and do not guarantee that a site will be selected or that a study will enroll.
Changes and termination
Epic may update the platform and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting Epic.
