Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (name, email, organization, role), the site information you enter (profile, readiness answers, study performance counts, forecasts and questionnaire drafts), sponsor searches and shortlists, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
What we do not collect
The platform is not designed for protected health information. Do not enter information that identifies a patient.
Who can see your information
- Research sites see only their own site information.
- Approved sponsors see only verified sites that chose to be visible, and only the sponsor-facing fields described in the Terms of Use.
- Epic administrators can see all information to verify accounts and run the service.
These rules are enforced by the database itself, not only by the web page.
Service providers
We use Supabase to host the database and sign-in, Netlify to host the website, and Anthropic to generate AI drafts when you ask for one. Text sent for an AI draft contains only the site information and questions needed for that draft.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is open. To delete your account and its data, email info@epiclinicalresearch.com.
Security
Passwords are handled by Supabase and never stored by Epic in readable form. Connections are encrypted.
